Location - Kerala/Vijayawada/Hyderabad
Responsibility:-
- Business development - Penetrate and gain market share through expansion on no of outlets. Product exclusive stores are run by franchises. The business head is responsible to study market potential and appoint right franchise at right place.
- Relationship management - Business head to ensure franchise's healthy bottom line. The bottom line to take care of complete over heads with sufficient margin to franchise. This can happen only by understanding market needs and proper execution of marketing activities to ensure consumer walk-in and brand awareness. We believe only close relationship with the franchise and market can ensure good business.
- Business review - The brand works with strict guide lines. Business head is to follow and maintain the same at all brand exclusive stores. There has to be a continuous business review in terms of revenue, bottom line as well.
