Business Head - Executive Search (12-18 yrs)
The Role :
- P&L responsibility of the Search practice
- Handle a team of sales managers responsible for client management
- Add new clients into the permanent search business.
- Open new geographies and markets
- Ensure revenue targets are met from executive search business
- Ensure timely delivery of all mandates through the delivery team.
The Candidate :
- MBA with 12-18 years experience in Business Development with executive search firms
- Must have handled a team
- Must have expertise in driving delivery of Senior and CXO searches.
