We are looking a for a candidate who can bring together building material Suppliers to a common platform. All our client's current business heads of tier 1 locations with 16 + years of experience will report into this position. This position to deliver close to 750 crores in sales for FY 17-18.

Should have strong connects into builders, developers, contractors, Infra companies etc at Pan India level. or Candidates who work in telecom with Client Centric Business Model preferred.

Should be a strong leader to bring in change and should be willing to travel almost 20 days a month to all our locations and develop strategic relationships with customers, suppliers and within Group.

Salary : INR 40,00,000 - 50,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should have strong leadership and management background.

- Engineering / Graduate degree with MBA is a must. Premier schools is preferable.

- Should be currently doing atleast INR.2000-3000 crores worth of sales per annum.

- Candidates from FMCG, building materials industry are preferred.

Negotiation skill/ Behavioural skills

- Commercial orientation and Business Orientation-Street smartness

- Good leadership credibility which allow him to attract previous teams, talent

- Networking, Strong relationship management and customer centric

- Ability to sell, win and achieve despite constraints

- Self-motivated & Goal oriented. Energy and Drive

- Ability to lead teams naturally and serve as a good mentor.

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:MBA/PGDM - Marketing
