Business Head - B2B Sales - Building Material (4-7 yrs)

- We have an opening for a Business Head position for one of our reputed clients in Mumbai. Our client is a consulting firm working in the Building materials industry. They provide B2B services to Architects and Building material companies. They actively seek projects in different segments like Residential, commercial, hospitality, Retail and more.

- Their aim is to connect businesses to influential buyers within the construction industry through contact, content, and communication and to increase business effectiveness with professionals including architects, builders, designers, and project management consultants. They provide strategic consultancy, elementary-pre launch market research, and everyday networking to augment brand impact through meaningful experiences.

Job Role and Responsibilities :

- Spear head region wise meetings with architects & interior designers with clients from the Building Materials Industry.

- Handling categories across Building products like Bath and Sanitation, Luxury Furniture, kitchen, marbles, Home Automation, Wall Decor etc. by establishing contact and developing relationships with Building Material Brands, Architects and Interior Designers.

- Build connections within the industry for projects - Residential, Commercial & others

- Identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

- Identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive factors to develop a business growth strategy.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the company's products or services.

- Develop a business development plan, set goals, and monitor progress. Identify opportunities for expansion and diversification.

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to the senior management team.

- Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve products or services and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Salary : As per candidate's present salary and experience.
