Business Development Trainee - Education (0-4 yrs)

Training : All selected candidates will be part of a two training process under the Business Development Trainee (BDT) profile at a monthly stipend of Rs 25,000. On successful completion of training, candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA)
CTC for BDT (During 2 months of training): Rs.3,00,000 {Fixed pay} and Rs. 2,00,000 {Incentive Pay}) per annum
CTC for BDA (Post successful training): Rs. 10,00,000 (Rs.7 Lakhs {Fixed pay} and Rs. 3 Lakhs {Incentive Pay}) per annum
What we are looking for (Preferred Skill Sets) :
- A go-getter who has a knack for sales
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
- Interested in mentoring and guiding students
