Business Development Specialist

Experience - 1-2 yrs exp in Bench Sales/B2B Sales

Qualification - Minimum graduate, B school preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

Person in this role will be responsible for Managing the Full Sales Cycle, right from prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and structuring a deal with Potential Vendors and Recruiter Partners. This is an individual contributor role, focused on North American and European markets.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Researching the market, and building the list of potential vendors and partners to prospect.

- Lead generation through cold calling, emailing among others

- Identify and qualify prospects based on their skills and expertise

- Identify and talk to the decision makers in the Vendor organizations and make a pitch to them

- Engaging and signing up new Vendors (Recruiter Partners) for the Wisestep Platform

- Collaborate with recruiting and marketing teams.

- Onboarding the signed up Vendors and making them productive

Requirements for this role are:

- Can do attitude and a strong ability to Sales

- Loves to talk to people

- Prior recruitment experience preferred

- In depth understanding of US recruitment market

- Experience in marketing GC and Citizens

- Excellent communication skills
