Business Development Specialist - LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Freelance Platform (3-5 yrs)
Job Summary :
- As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base through strategic use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and freelance platforms such as Upwork.
- Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships, and ultimately closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
- You will leverage your expertise in these platforms to identify opportunities, connect with key decision-makers, and position our services to address their business needs.
Responsibilities :
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify potential clients within target industries and verticals.
- Conduct advanced searches and use filters to identify key decision-makers, influencers, and potential leads.
- Engage with prospects through personalized outreach messages, connection requests, and InMail campaigns to initiate conversations and build relationships.
- Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns on LinkedIn to generate leads and drive engagement with our services.
- Create compelling content and thought leadership posts to establish credibility and showcase our expertise in the industry.
- Track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and collateral tailored to the needs of LinkedIn and freelance platform audiences.
- Explore opportunities on freelance platforms such as Upwork to identify projects relevant to our services and submit compelling proposals to win new business.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing agreements, and project scopes with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to sales management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles.
- Expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify leads, engage with prospects, and drive sales opportunities.
- Familiarity with freelance platforms such as Upwork and experience in bidding for projects and winning new business.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation strategies, and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales productivity tools.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
