Experience: 5-8 years

Education:

MBA in business administration, HR, Sales or relevant field.

Compensation:

Reasonable hike + Incentives based on performance

VP - Business & Operations & MD

Roles & Responsibility:

- Majorly responsible for Business Development, Vendor Empanelment, Client coordination, Client engagement & Client Management

- Should have hands-on working experience in New business Development from Manufacturing/ BFSI/ Real Estate/ Pharma/ Consumer Durables/ Retail/ Startups/ FMCG/ Beverage/ Infrastructure/ Healhcare, etc.

- Responsible for Sales & New Client acquisition which involves mapping the market, pitching, contract negotiation and sign up.

- Aggressive prospecting in respective market for prospect clients and maintaining a healthy prospect funnel.

- Ability to build /nurture/grow a strong network of people/channels (internally and externally) for lead generation.

- Meeting up regularly with Strategic Heads/Business Heads/CXO levels of various companies to get insights on their HR plans and provide staffing solutions accordingly

- Ensuring sign-ups with clients using pricing framework

- Tracking of new projects, competitor's activities & performance, sensing new changes in the market & evolving new models

- Strong Experience in New Client Acquisition.

- Managing End-To-End activities related to Client Acquisition/Retention.

- Generate new business opportunities and requirement gathering from existing clients/ new clients.

- Responsible for Identifying & expanding opportunities with clients & customer retention.

- Must be target driven and must be able to thrive in a time pressured environment

- Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally.

- Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.

Specification : 

- Experience in the Staffing industry is mandatory.

- Should be able to work independently.

- Should have no inhibitions to visit and meet people during recent times.

- Should possess good and sound Market knowledge.

- Should be well versed and excellent in verbal as well as written communication and negotiation skills.

- Should have prior and good contact with Industry leaders at the Head level.

- Should be able to close good numbers of sales deals.

- Time management and planning skills.
