Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in selling protective products such as helmets, shoes, or workwear, either in India or internationally.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Ecosynx's protective textile products.

- Identify and target new business opportunities in relevant industries.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in selling protective products such as helmets, shoes, or workwear.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong understanding of the protective textiles market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel as required.
