Business Development/Sales Role - Warehouse/Cold Storage (5-10 yrs)

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Graduation in pharmacy or degree in engineering or degree in packaging or equivalent degree for graduation and Post graduation.

SM Requirements :

- In planning and Implementing Sales strategies

- In customer relationship management and handling key accounts

- Self initiator and take responsibilities

- Should have worked in companies for cold chain products / handled cold chain operations in logistic companies or similar experience with a packaging company

- Should have minimum 5 to 10 years of experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages will be preferred)

- Dedication in providing great customer service

- Use of ERP system like dynamics or sales force or similar system is preferred

- Knowledge of French language will be preferred

SM Responsibilities : 

- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

- Meeting planned sales goals.

- Setting individual sales targets

- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Report to Sales Director in France and report & coordinate with India Director

- Coordinating with marketing and design team on enquiries and technical support or for customization

- Plan and coordinate training of operations team at customer site.

- Gaining product knowledge and implementing to provide best solution to customers

- Getting information on our competitors

- Promoting the organization and products.

- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

- Work in a most honest and responsible way

- Should be able to work from home or office

- Should be ready travelling across India and outside when required. Travelling might vary between 15 to 20 days a month depending on the sales activities

- Update all information on our CRM system and prepare reports as and when scheduled or required

- Coordinate and plan events/exhibitions with selective cold chain events
