The Business Development role is focused on driving the growth of the company by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities. This involves building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively positioning the company's products or services.

Responsibilities :

Market Research :

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential market segments.

Lead Generation :

- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media.

- Qualify leads and prioritize them based on potential business value.

Client Relationship Building :

- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings.

Proposal Development :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and solutions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials that effectively communicate the value proposition.

Negotiation and Deal Closure :

- Engage in negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

- Close deals and ensure smooth transitions to account management or delivery teams.

Pipeline Management :

- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, keeping it updated with the latest information.

- Forecast sales targets and track progress against goals.

Collaboration :

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies.

- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product/service development.

Reporting and Analysis :

- Track and analyze key performance metrics.

- Provide regular reports on business development activities and results.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

- Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.

- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
