Business Development Role - Staffing Firm (8-12 yrs)
- Spearheading business development /sales across all locations for our recruitment business
- Identification, analysis and study of relevant industries and sectors through research in terms of business potential
- Mapping client's requirements and providing them customized business solutions
- Plan effective lead generation campaigns as per the target market segments
- Keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share
Required Skills :
- At least 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in Recruitment Consulting or other HR services domains
- Result oriented with ability to drive consistent business performance.
- Ability to establish, build and maintain C Suite level relationships
- Ability to think creatively and analytically
