Business Development Role - Staffing Firm (1-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business accounts.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Continuously assess and address client needs to ensure satisfaction.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitors' activities.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and adapt strategies accordingly.
4. Proposal Development:
- Prepare tailored proposals and presentations to showcase our staffing solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure a seamless staffing process.
- Provide guidance to the team regarding client expectations and needs.
6. Reporting and Goal Setting:
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs to measure success.
- Generate regular reports to management on business development progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong network of industry contacts and potential clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
