Business Development Role - Sales - Education (4-8 yrs)
To create & implement business plan for meeting sales, revenue and collection targets for "School Products" in allocated Territory Focus on Collection - new as well existing customers in the identified territory Understand customer requirement and position the right products as per the sales process (Product Mix).
To acquire new customer and upsell /cross sell to existing customers to achieve revenue and order intake targets. Analyze market trends, tracking competition activities, Customer Interactions & feedback on Product Build relations / rapport with the existing customers in the territory.
Account Management for Large and Premium accounts Organizing effective BTLs activities create funnel and provide product demos To appoint, manage & drive /motivate and generate biz thru channel partners Reporting and MIS for Funnel management through automated system.
