Business Development Role - Recruitment Services (1-2 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Who Develops sourcing Strategies for new and existing requisitions as assigned
- Who has maximum recruiting tools and technology to identify qualified candidate
- Who makes contacts and followup with candidate to create and maintain interest in the position
- Who ensures recruiting related metrics are tracked and reported
