Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for building and managing portfolio of clients within your respective vertical.

- Responsible for monitoring and chasing the revenue targets. Work closely with management in developing strategies to engage potential clients for existing and new client acquisition

- Responsible for identifying the competitive service strength and weakness of the Company and making recommendation for continuous improvement.

- Excellent business presentation skills, proposal writing skills and showcase the company's benefits and value proposition in all interactions and work effectively to deliver these key messages to the market place.

- Coordinating with top level people among client, develop and promote brand name and be a point of contact between the client and the team. Analyze the clients requirements, discuss and guide the respective recruitment team in terms of profile, explanation, sourcing techniques, mapping techniques, head hunting strategies etc. Hands on and be responsible for the delivery of the talent needed along with the recruitment team by taking onus of closing the positions, meeting delivery and revenue targets.

- Coordinate with client for timely feedback including repeated visits to client as and when required. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics. Exercise discretion and independent judgement by developing, engaging and maintaining a short and long term forecast and an action plan to achieve them.

- Stay current on industry trends and coordinate with management team to participate in networking events and forums for knowledge acquisition and business development.

- Should have a solid track record of success in career and ability to influence and effectively communicate at every level of an Organization. Must be presentable, proactive, ambitious.

- Confident and self-starter with experience in recruitment, staffing services and work under pressure with zeal towards closing any kind of accounts in no time. High degree of drive, self-motivated with excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills etc. Analytically good and have good problem solving/cracking capabilities. Able to achieve the agreed business development targets and KPIs.
