Job description :
- The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify partnership opportunities with the B2B companies
- Automobile/Manufacturing/Building Material for their hiring needs
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business with key clients
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 years' + prior industry related business development experience in the HR field, tie up with the companies for vendor empanelment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the NOT IT staffing industry.
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Should be from recruitment industry
