Business Development Role - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)

- Take prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with all parties involved.
- Closely work with marketing team on lead generation strategies and manage complete life cycle of Company
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build, lead and manage cross-functional teams in the development and execution of marketing long-term strategies and plans.
- A proven track record of strong client relationships.
- Work with the Regional Sales Team and Marketing team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly,monthly,yearly revenue goals.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards required experience and knowledge Demonstrated ability to meet and / or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
