Our Client shaping the future of Digital Currencies. We are delivering new-age fintech solutions, built grounds up from our technology innovators to solve large un-solved problems. Despite earning loyalty points from Credit/Debit Cards, Retail and Online Brands, Travel, and more, their visibility and usage are marginal.

The Job

- Lead Business Development activity with Enterprise and SMB merchants for their online business-

- Making a shift with the newest payment instrument in the Country.

- Lead relationship and Business Development with existing Acquirer partners and their Account

- Managers to on-board and engage merchants.

- Lead new initiatives with new Acquirers

- Build professional relationship with online partner teams like Business, Marketing, Product, and CXOs - defining and aligning common goals.

- Build strong bond with internal business, product and technology team

- Strong Commercial Negotiation skills required with creative negotiation strategies

- Working closely with the legal team for agreement closure

- Work with Marketing team of online partners to plan the launch and initial promotional activities to drive transaction volumes.

The Profile : 

- 6 + years of experience in Business Development and Hunting roles.

- Prior experience in Payment or FinTech industry.

- Previous startup/tech experience is a strong plus. Start-up zeal, and high ability to roll up the sleeves.

- Ability to effectively communicate and drive results with external and internal stakeholders

- Problem solving acumen using data driven and consumer centric approach

- Highly effective analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Facilitative leadership and interpersonal skills to quickly gain shared vision externally and internally.

- MBA from Top Tier colleges only - IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, MDI, IMT, SP Jain, NMIMS, SIBM
