Business Development Role - Merchant Loans (1-10 yrs)

Through its technology platform and tie-ups with NBFCs and Banks, we enable loans for any customized purchases in order to accelerate personal and professional progress.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for achieving set sales targets

- Responsible for generating leads, sales and business development of all offline and online retail categories

- Identifying new opportunities for business development

- Contacting potential merchants for various product offerings

- Manage end to end sales cycle - presentation, commercial negotiation, defining merchant scope of work, coordination with internal team to ensure timely merchant go live

- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations

- Be the point of contact for internal & external stakeholder of the company

Skills, Experience, and Education Requirements :

- Proven sales experience in Consumer durable finance, other forms of consumer purchase financing, Direct sales agency management for unsecured loans, sales of personal loans to corporate, Merchant acquisition for credit cards and other types of payment products at Point of Sale, for 4-8 years

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.

- Must have good knowledge of the Loan Application to Disbursement cycle.

- Must be well versed with technology.

- Good market segmentation knowledge.

- Great energy level and self-motivator.

- Must be a graduate from a recognized university.
