Business Development Role - IT Staff Augmentation (3-7 yrs)

Job Responsibility :


- Represent our company with a comprehensive understanding of its offerings

- Expertise generating new business for IT Staff Augmentation Services in US/UK /EU

- Research customer needs and identify how our solutions address them

- Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts & to further penetrate existing accounts.

- Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, continuously assessing and communicating how ehrsolutions meet their needs.

- Negotiates contractual terms and conditions for employment services, and works with the operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

- The candidate should Work on getting business from direct clients /Tier-1 Vendors and closing open positions.

- Should provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, activity reports and account strategy concerns.

- Should be target driven

Required Experience :

- Minimum of 3- 7 years of experience in IT Staff Augmentation Services in UK/US/EU Market

- Must have prior experience & relationships of closing B2B services contracts with corporate customers

- 3Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated

- Must have experience in Lead Generation, Data Generation, Sales, Negotiation Skills, Good Communication skills written and verbal and Presentable.

- Should be able to work Independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.

- Expert in Lead generation, Data generation and Negotiation skills

- Good communication and Presentable

- Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a Can-do attitude.
