Development Roles & Responsibilities

- Undertake and supervise end - to - end, B2B sale of IT Software Solutions

- Generate leads for new business opportunities from existing & new clients basis field experience

- Prepare and submit quotes to the prospective leads for own projects and undertake proposal review and sanction for reporting team members

- Lead product presentations and project negotiations

- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and alliances in areas related to Core Business Development

- Track market intelligence particularly relating to new opportunities and competition, related to company's products

- Devise product pricing strategies for clients across verticals

- Provide insights to the Marketing Team for greater product visibility basis field experience and to the Products Team for product innovation and improvement basis market dynamics

Qualification / Skill-sets :

- Graduates/ Professional Degree-holders / Post Graduates desirous of a Management and Leadership career in Business Development

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development OR Sales of IT Software Solution/Services

- Prior experience of engaging with large institutions and senior-designation clients

- Proven track record of revenue generation is a must

- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience of Client Relationship Management

- Sound presentation creation and presentation delivery skills are expected

- Sound ability to manage multiple zones and regions, spanning across multiple projects and several business teams

- International B2B Sales Experience

- Experience with HR and Social Impact Industries
