Business Development Role - IT (2-3 yrs)
The Role Your responsibilities include :
- Interact and engage with our core target audience including CXOs, Head HRs, L&D Heads as a part of the defined sales and marketing plan.
- Own lead generation targets from a defined list of companies and help expand our level of connect within the organization.
- Engage with clients, understand their requirements and showcase how enParadigm's solutions can fulfil their learning needs
- Perform effective online demos to prospects and understand customer needs and requirements
- Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned corporate education brand
- Proactively nurture and engage clients to build relationships, generate business opportunities and close deals
Candidate Profile :
- MBA with 2-3 years of work experience in B2B sales
- Conversant in dealing with senior management
- Ability to research in-depth and tailor the pitch to the needs of customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong influencing skills
- Experience in using Lead management and CRM tools
