Business Development Role - IT (1-4 yrs)

Looking for a candidate having 1 year to 3 years of business development experience with exposure to selling Web design/development Services and Digital marketing services etc.

General Responsibilities :

- Your role will be to create demand through cold calling potential clients, respond to demand through warm calling those who have expressed an interest in our products and services, and to close deals by diligently following up on warm leads.

- Explore, Research & Develop new business opportunities for the Web design/development Services and Digital marketing services.

- Be responsible for complete Sales Cycle.

- Create Sales Proposals and Presentations.

- Generate Leads / Prospects and develop relationships and grow them into clients, Online Research, Database Building.

- Negotiating Rates/ Contracts.

- You have to have the ability to source for leads as well as discover their contact details and make a high volume of outbound calls and interact with senior level executives.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Generating Leads for Business Development team through various Business directories, Campaigns, Social Media, LinkedIn, Boolean searches etc..

- Company profiling, landscaping and in depth industry analysis, identifying key people contacts, Ability to converse at all levels inside a clients organization.

- Develop innovative approaches to lead generation.

- Maintain a good rapport with existing clients and new clients.

- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

- Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual lead generation targets.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Selling experience of SEO/SMO//Website designing & Development, Content Marketing, Mobile application.

- Lead generation specialists should also be able to build strong networks in and outside their organizations, and work well in teams or independently.

- Strong Presentation, Negotiation & sales closing Skills.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Good presentation skills.

- Least 1+ years of experience in Business Development preferably in Web Design & Development industry.

- Experience working independently or with minimal supervision.

- You will be expected to be proactive, responsible, innovative, committed and excellent and deliver successful outcomes while having fun.

- You must be a very good communicator and be able to communicate with and relate to people globally.

- You must be relentless in your pursuit of delivering on your targets and then exceeding them.
