Business Development Role - Investment Product - North (5-7 yrs)
- Responsible for relationship management, Business Development with Investors /
- Lenders like Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, ARCs, Funds as necessary
- Leverage on current relationships, establish new relationships, understand the client requirements and accordingly advise them.
- Meeting lenders - banks/NBFC/ARC for onboarding Retail & MSME NPA for recovery and resolution
- Showcase Real Estate deals for Project Finance to various potential investors and lenders
- Responsible for sale of various technology products across business verticals
- Liaison internally with the team for closure of transactions and manage end to end process for various clients
- Should possess strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Active know-how of key market transactions and updating to the internal team
- Should be proactive and have a positive attitude and a solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to take up new opportunities and keen to learn.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
