Your Academic Qualifications :

- MBA and/or entrepreneurial background or relevant B2B HR Tech sales with startups experience is a must.

- Prior experience in international sales is mandatory

You'll Be Improving & Responsible For:

- Developing a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

- Leveraging the Lead generation team's research to identify and envisage new markets and customer needs.

- Driving Top line and bottom-line with right Client funnel

- Hunting and farming experience in enterprise sales

- Research what clients need and prepare a meeting report based on what's current and future business prospects with the clients.

- Promoting the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.

- Create Quarterly, yearly strategic plans for revenue growth through direct sales, product led growth by liaising with product & growth teams and by planning alliances and partnerships

- Exploring new geographies and building sales strategies.

- Keeping records and tracking sales, projections on revenue etc.

- Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales relationship building and engaging to find out upselling opportunities.

- Building long-term relationships with new customers.

- Reviving relationships with old customers and explore sales potential.

- Build grow inside sales and Sales support teams for medium and large accounts .
