Job Description :

The right candidate should be able to :

- Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in the defined territory and be responsible for new client acquisition

- Build a culture and concept of solution based consultative selling

- Thrive and out-perform in a fast-paced, global, target-driven, sales-oriented environment - Lead sales process right from lead generation to business closure in an IT services company

- Lead and schedule regular review meetings with sales team and leadership

- Excellent negotiation and convincing skills

- Good communication skills

- Techno-functional bent of mind

- Learning agility

Experience :

7+ years of proven ability to drive the sales process in a similar industry


- MBA with successful previous experience as an international sales professional, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
