Requirement :
1. A minimum of 4+ years of experience in Insurance Broking & Consultancy Services, with at least 3 years of experience in a Corporate/ Direct sales role.
2. Excellent knowledge of insurance products, especially Non-Life /Non Motor insurance such as Group Health, Property, Marine, etc.
3. Prior experience in managing a sales and broker network and a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
