Business Development Role - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are looking for a skilled employee who needs to drive business development by identifying new market opportunities, selling to them, boosting relationships with current clients, and establishing and maintaining new client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Team recruitment and leadership

Required Candidate Profile :

- Self-motivated professional with a focus on results
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiating and problem-solving abilities.
- 2+ years of sales and marketing experience.
