Hiring for Business Development role for Clinical / Hospital Client Acquisition.

Location :- Mumbai (Malad)

Working days:- 6 days ( 2&4 Saturday off)

Working time:- 10 TO 7PM

Role Definition :

Inside sales role would be responsible for identifying Prospecting clients and converting them into clients for the assigned industry, to support business to achieve its set Customer Goals for the Industry.

Responsibility Deliverable

- Client Acquisition

- Lead conversion and Pipeline Management

- Market Insights and strategy

- Develop and nurture market information, relationship and understanding to become Sales specialist of the industry where the person will move out to meeting customers.

Tasks & Activities

Client Acquisition:

- Identify and reach out to potential client companies.

- Present the agency's services and value proposition to potential clients.

- Convert leads into active clients through effective communication and relationship-building.

Lead Conversion and Pipeline Management:

- Convert leads into active clients through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.

- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline with accurate data in the CRM/Excel.

- Prioritize and manage leads to ensure timely follow-up and engagement.

Market Insights and Strategy:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitors' activities.

- Adjust sales strategies based on market insights and changing client needs.

- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.

Collaborate with Recruitment Team:

- Effectively collaborate with recruitment team and drive them to serve clients acquired.

Measurement Metrics

- Addition of around 12 new suspect in CRM every day

- Making minimum 40 calls a day

- Bringing around 15-20 new clients on-board every month

- Revenue Generation from the clients on-boarded

Skills - Communication - Verbal and Written

- Negotiation - Terms, Pricing and Contracts

Knowledge - Recruitment services

- Usage of Social Media and Internet

- Excel, Power Point and Word

Qualification - Bachelor's Degree, Masters degree would have added advantage

Reporting Structure - Role will report to Practice Lead
