For a home Healthcare company, we are hiring for Business Development Executive / Sr Executive for Gurgaon and Delhi locations.
Job Description - Business Development (Gurgaon) :
The key responsibilities to be taken care of by Business Development person is as follows :
1. Liaison and build relationship with doctors& various other channels in such a manner that it gets converted into referrals for the company.
2. Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition and also provide referrals of family and friends.
3. Expand the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and continued business.
4. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
5. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
6. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
7. Counsel & resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
8. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Business Development (BD Position)
Location : Gurgaon, East Delhi, South Delhi & Mumbai
Yrs. of exp. : 2- 4 yrs
Background : preferably Healthcare industry but not mandatory
