Our client is a new-age healthcare company with a laser-sharp focus on simplifying the entire surgery journey of a patient and his/her attendant by offering care and assistance at each and every step.
They ensure that the patient's experience right from the discovery of the right doctor, to booking an appointment at the clinic, getting a detailed diagnosis done, booking tests at a diagnostic center, getting insurance paperwork done, commuting from home to the hospital & back on the day of the surgery, admission-discharge processes at the hospital, and follow-up consultation after the surgery - is hassle-free and care-filled.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Understanding a patient's profile and resolving their queries to make them aware about company offerings.
- Achieve monthly goals by properly counselling the patient about our services.
-Being sensitive to a patient's needs and guiding them throughout their journey.
- Coordinating with different departments to achieve the desired results.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year experience in Business Development or similar roles
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
