Job Description

- Excellent communication, Email, Negotiation skills are required for this position.

- 2 to 4+ years of extensive experience in bringing new clients / business for the company by selling Staffing Solutions / Services.

- Extensive experience in Cold Calling and Lead generation for international markets.

- Exposure to the Information Technology, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Retail Chain of markets and other verticals.

- Exposure to the Information Technology Jobs and Exposure to the Information Technology skills.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

- Exceptionally skilled at forging long-term relationships with existing clients.

- Should be able to handle the entire Business Development / Account Management functions.

- Able to handle all responsibilities pertaining to Business development.

- Accurately forecasts revenue streams. Prepare budgets for the same.

- Coordinate with our marketing and business development teams in developing market campaign themes and collateral.

- Responsible for 100% Client Satisfaction and revenue generation in the given region.

- Should be able to walk the extra mile if required to ensure business growth, self-starter and an independent thinker.

- Should be based in Hyderabad.

- Coordinate with our recruiting department to get the suitable resumes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Generate leads

- New Business acquisition, handling the complete sales lifecycle.

- Develop and sustain effective new Business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective commercial deals.

- The individual would develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing.

- Market research for selling Staffing Solutions / Services domain.

- Send email campaigns/ newsletters. Follow ups.

- Create sales and marketing collateral.

- Assist in proposals, presentation preparations.

- Can able to talk with client and finalize the contracts
