Position : Business development manager

Experience : 2+ years

Ctc- 6 lpa

Working days- 5 days

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between Arrow Global services and potential customers.

- Being proficient in delivering IIESPL services value proposition to the market/geography.

- Responsible for implementing business development initiatives.

- Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services

- Leveraging actual but not only technological partner to bring new innovative solution.

- Ensures execution to sales growth plans.

- Drives results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities.

Tasks :

- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

- Planning and overseeing new business initiatives.

- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales by leveraging IIESPL Portfolio of services.

- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

- Work in conjunction with sales and sales management to ensure continuity.

- Manage multiple complex engagement.

Experience / Education :

- 2 years of experience within customer service, sales and/or business development in within a relevant sector.

- Strong knowledge of the market or vertical they will be focusing on such as ecosystem relevant to them.

- Strong communication and sales skills.

Fluency in English.

- Easy to build and maintain new relationships with stakeholders and customers.
