Business Development Role - Electrical Product (2-4 yrs)

BDRs are responsible for qualifying leads and prospecting through existing business accounts to engage with prospective buyers. On a daily basis, BDRs are making cold calls, sending emails, and leading high-level discovery calls with prospects.


- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails

 -Present our company to potential clients

- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives

- Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

- Identify prospects across Industries.

- Make field visits to clients, also reach out to them over phone calls.

- Make cold calls as well as courtesy calls to existing clients.

- Prepare Sales Presentations.

- Liasons with officials and client's representatives across sectors.

- Ensure deals with prospective clients are closed and get contracts signed.

- Folow up for payments.

- He / She will be responsible for front to end sales cycle.

- Update Sales CRM with information as per company's process.

- Provide Timely Sales reports to management. Requirements -

- Minimum qualification : Needs to be a Graduate or any other certification/ diploma equivalent to graduation.

- Must be Fluent in English & Hindi. Ability to speak & understand additional languages will be an advantage for the candidate.

- Must have a Dynamic personality, pleasant personality.

- Must be willing to work on the field throughout his shift.

- Should be Hardworking.

- Candidates with more than 2 years of experience in Field sales jobs from industries such as construction, FMCG,

- Fire Safety mechanisms & Engineering services will be an advantage.

- 6 Days a week (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM)
