JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and bring new clients within assigned areas, Establishes productive, professional relationships with prospective clients.

- Drive Sales by identifying, developing and selling company's services to the clients. Increasing sales and maximizing revenues. Coordinate with immediate senior or Director of the company to create and execute business plans to meet the Company targeted sales goals. Analyse market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase Company's brand awareness.

- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet sales performance objectives and company's expectations.

- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs and queries on an on-going basis. Manages conflict with their clients by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to employee rules of engagement.

- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key clients.

- Evaluate junior team member's sales performance and recommend improvements. Educate clients about services portfolio and promotional schemes offered by the Company. Address Sales and billing related issues on a timely manner. Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
