- Be the owner of end to end counselling & selling process
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully month on month
- Be a part of culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
- Generate revenue as per the monthly/ quarterly business plan
- Participate in defining sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify
- Improvements where and when required.
Skills and Competencies:
- Experience in Telesales
- Exhaustive experience of Telesales (B2C preferred)
- Strong selling abilities and be quick at conversions
