This is an individual Contributor Role reporting to the Sales - Head

Job Description:

- Consistently meet or exceed business development goals, demonstrating focused efforts.

- Develop and execute pre sales / sales strategy.

- Prepare and conduct strategic pitches and presentations.

- Establish and nurture C-level relationships with brands and their agencies.

- Finding out who controls the advertising budget in target organisations and contacting them

- Contribute strategically to the growth and direction of the marketing philosophy, target demographics, etc. Offering a price and negotiating around it

- Closing the deal and tracking the details

- Persuading clients to buy advertising space or time

- Explaining the benefits of your medium, using statistics on readership or viewing figures

Skills Required:

- Experience: At least 3 years in Digital Sales.

- Language: Excellent communication skills. Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

- Social-First: You possess a solid understanding and passion for new media, social networking and the latest community tools and techniques.

- Soft-skills: You have strong relationship skills, are able to influence outcomes, and work well independently and across complex cross functional teams.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing work environment.

Our client is a Start Up into Influencer Marketing with bloggers, vlogs, social media on a digital domain. They been recently funded by Venture Capitalist to expand their outreach . Some of the prominent brands on the platform include Coca-Cola, Asus, Honda, and Vogue. It helps brands identify a desired number of niche bloggers and engage them to create relevant content around the brand to meet their marketing objectives.
