To Support Markets Operations with :

- Firmwide Sales & Pipeline management and reporting

- Structure and maintain large data excel files

- Analyze, summarize, and present observations on Sales and Pipeline performance on a weekly basis

- Assist in periodic Leadership Reviews

- Supporting other ad-hoc projects and assignments as deemed needed

- Liaise with senior stakeholders to gather opportunity related status updates

- Strong business acumen, understanding of EY's Next wave vision agenda and strategy organization-wide

To qualify for the role, you must have :

- A bachelor's degree in any discipline, with relevant postgraduate/professional qualification is desirable

- Understanding of EY organization (Global, Areas, Regions, Service Lines and Functions) is preferred but not mandatory

- Knowledge of key solutions and value propositions (although this can be developed)

- Proven ability in data analysis and reporting with strong attention to detail and data integrity

- Confidence with first rated interpersonal skills

- Work on own initiative unsupervised and ability to juggle conflicting demands on time and prioritize effectively

- Eagerness to contribute in a virtual team environment and ability to work cooperatively with other teams across India, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity

- Service-orientated personality, proficient at delivering high quality work within deadlines

- Strong MS-Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

- Ability to upskill/learn with tool such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau

- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
