We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in the Saudi Arabian market. As a Business Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This position requires a deep understanding of the local construction and engineering industry, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities in the civil engineering sector within Saudi Arabia.

- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to develop strategies for business growth.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly.

3. Business Development:

- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

- Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand the company's client base.

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.

4. Proposal Preparation:

7. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of all business development activities, client interactions, and project progress.

- Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting business development achievements and challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in business development within the civil engineering industry, specifically in Saudi Arabia.

- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian construction and engineering market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
