Business Development Role - CA Firm (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities
- Leading the Business Development function for getting new clients for company
- Solving Client queries.
- Client Servicing
- Build a short/medium/long-term Professional targets and respective strategy to achieve them
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new professional opportunities and to create and nurture those opportunities and partnerships
- Identifying potential clients and organizing meetings with prospective clients
- Conduct research and analyze strategically the current changes in various Rules and regulations and identify new professional opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
- Handling various social media platforms
- Analysing international markets and strategically identifying professional opportunities in various areas.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries over the mail, WhatsApp and call, take their documentation and take payment for process.
- To Explain the Customer about our work scope, registration processes and other services so as to make them understand about different legal entities.
- Clearing Customer's doubts and queries and suggesting them the appropriate type of business structure with consideration to their requirements.
Requirements and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 3 years of experience as business developer preferably in a CA Firm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Proficiency in various social media platforms
