Company Profile :

- Our client established in 1983 your one stop shops for anything foreign exchange. Having started out as a leader in the foreign exchange OTC markets of India. Our client has established a successful currency derivatives and retail money changing business in the past 10 years. The promoter, our client is a veteran in the markets. Apart from our client, they have two sister concerns: equity broking and specialists in Citizenship by Investment.

Position Title : Business Development Executive


Location : Mumbai/Pune


Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Experience Required : 4+ Years

Job Responsibilities :

Contacting Potential Client :


- Establish rapport with potential clients, including counsellors, students, and parents.

- Arrange meetings to discuss our services and solutions.

- Maintain regular communication to build strong relationships.

Planning and Overseeing New Initiatives :

- Identify and plan new business initiatives to expand our market reach.

- Coordinate the execution of these initiatives, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.

Research and Opportunity Identification :

- Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities.

- Analyze market data and trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Customer Relationship Management :

- Increase the value of current customers by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Attract new customers through effective sales strategies and lead generation.

Market Development :

- Find and develop new markets for our services.

- Improve sales strategies and tactics to penetrate these markets successfully.

Networking and Industry Events :


- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and discover potential partnerships and opportunities.

Proposal Development :


- Work on developing quotes and proposals for clients, ensuring they are tailored to their needs.

Goal Setting and Team Development :

- Collaborate with the development team to establish clear goals for business growth.

- Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure goals are met.

Required Skill Set:

- Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
