Business Development Role - BFS (2-5 yrs)

Functions And Responsibilities :

1. The incumbent will create and carry out a sales plan for the partner in order to meet the business objectives of the sales unit. Your partner needs guidance and inspiration.

2. Create and monitor precise objectives to hit the partners' agreed-upon sales targets.

3. Support affiliates with lead creation, lead tracking, and closing sales.

4. Help partners sell more products and services to customers based on need analysis

5. Help the partner continue to facilitate their training so that the channel is always productive.

6. Request regular feedback from partners and clients regarding their satisfaction with the products and the selling process.

7. Evaluate the partner's sales plan and promote growth.

Candidate Profile :

- The age Limit is 21 to 38 years.

- Education Qualification: Graduate in any stream.

- Experience at 2+ years of Any Field Sales

- 2 - Wheeler/4 - Wheeler must.

- Android-based smartphone.

- Good communication skill
