Business Development Role - Agri Tech Startup (0-6 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
1. Onboard potential clients by explaining to them the product benefits
2. Enhance the onboarding experience of the clients
3. Strive to maximize the number of client conversion in a month
Desired candidate profile :
1. One who aspires to do something big and is willing to work extra hard to achieve that
2. Passionate about growth and learning
3. Ownership attitude is a must
4. High energy, go-getter attitude, open to travel across the region (Extensive travel)
5. Strong communication skills in at least one language (Hindi or English or any regional language)
Perks and benefits :
- First 2 months probation and stipend during probation is 20k. If found good, offer role out after 2 months and salary 45k.
- Candidate can choose his base location. He/she can even choose his hometown as base location
- Growth is totally dependent on the candidate. Can be promoted every 2-3 months, totally based on performance
- No timings. Work is entirely target-driven. The candidate can choose when he wants to work. Nobody will micro-manage
