Business Development Role (3-5 yrs)
Ideal candidate should have:
3-5 years working experience
Maximum 2 companies in 3 years
Bachelors in Business Administration or Commerce (preferably)
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Excellent command in written/spoken English.
Prior Sales/Marketing background needed.
Salient Job Specs :
- Study the market to identify potential customers. Which will be Airlines, MRO and private operators around the world.
- Getting the customer to send us regular RFQs for their various requirements.
- Quote and sell stock inventory to customers based on their RFQs.
- Brokering RFQ parts if not available within stock inventory.
- Secure sales by regular follow up and understanding their specific requirements and challenges.
- Building a strong rapport with customers to improve the overall business.
- Should be willing to work in 8 1/2 hrs shift on weekdays and 5 1/2 hrs on Saturday.
- Initial few months during training they will be on regular shift post which we might have 2 shifts.
