Business Development Role (1-2 yrs)
Job Summary
Candidate shall be responsible for overall business development of the organisation in architectural service, structural analysis and design, project management consultancy, Material testing lab and training institution.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. B2C designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
2. Tie up with architects/real estate and builders & other construction companies.
3. Visiting engineering institutions for training promotion.
4. Presentation about company its product and services
5. Getting construction projects
6. Responsible for creating leads, converting lead into potential client and following up with client requirement.
7. Responsible for Digital marketing and promotions
8. Building relationship with existing customer and creating more leads.
9. Meeting with Architects, interior designers and other developers
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Candidate should be a Civil Engineer in MBA-marketing with reputed institute.
- He should have very good command over regional language and a communication skill has to be fantastic.
- Job Type: Full-time (Male candidates preferred)
- Salary: 3.5lac - 5lac p.a. + Incentives, (Salary based on the experience, qualification and aptitude towards the work)
- Experience: Overall 1-2yrs
