Job title: Business Development Representative

Experience: Fresher - 1 yr

Shift timing: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, IST

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Generate 8 to 10 Qualified Appointments in a month.

- Help the Sales team in Closure by doing relevant client communication

- Understand Ideal Customers of the companies and Draft Responses to the Prospect on their Challenges

- Identify & Approach Key Decision-makers with the Prospects

- Identify & Approach Key Influencers with the Prospects

- Send 40 to 55 highly Personalized emails to Decision Makers & Influencers

- Make 100+ Warm/Cold Call to Qualify the Prospects

- Create an Email Template Library

- Send Linkedin Requests & In emails to Prospects and Increase the chance of Success

- Utilize Companies CRM tool to run all the activities

Report to Pod Manager

- Fill Daily, Weekly & Monthly Report

- Be a part of the Meetings suggested by Pod Manager

Skills Required:

- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.

- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.

- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.

- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent listening skills.

- Strong written communication skills.

- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.

- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

- High level of integrity and work ethic.

- Experience with customer relationship management software.
