Representative

Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role,you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for our commercial insurance products. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, building relationships and educating them on the value of our offerings.

What You Will Do :

- Prospecting & Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, networking, and industry events.

- Relationship Building : Establish rapport and build trust with prospects, understanding their business needs and insurance challenges.

- Needs Assessment & Solution Presentation : Analyze prospects' needs and present tailored insurance solutions that address their specific risks and concerns.

- Sales Pipeline Management : Maintain an active pipeline of prospects, track progress, and move opportunities through the sales cycle effectively.

- Collaboration : Work closely with Account Executives and other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging risks to identify new opportunities.

What We Are Looking For :

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong prospecting and lead generation abilities.

- Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
