JOB TITLE: Business Development & Project Manager for Design Division
We are hiring a business development & project manager for our design agency. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads. With regard to project management, you will have to manage a team of designers and report to the top management.

Qualifications:
- Experience working with design clients.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation, client coordination, project management & team handling.
- Ability to ourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proven experience in handling multiple clients & generating revenue for the company.
- Strong communication skills and design uency.
Responsibilities:
- Researching organisations and individuals to nd new opportunities.
- Generating leads.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
