- Excellent communication skills.

- Oversee the sales and Acquisition process to attract new clients / Owners.

- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.

- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients / Owners and address their needs effectively.

- Research and identify new market opportunities for PMS (Property Management Services) Process.

- Positive attitude for doing 2-3 meetings each day, for meeting new people and someone who enjoys doing sales.

- Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage.

- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential Clients / Owners.

- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization. (Team Work)

- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.

- Finally, He / She should have a go getter attitude.

- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.

Note: Bike Must

Job Location: Bangalore
